This vintage was not designed as a separate cuvée, but as a raw and sincere expression of the year. The blend respects the natural balance of the family vineyard: a majority of Pinot Noir for structure and depth, and a portion of Chardonnay for freshness and precision.

Vinified in vats, without malolactic fermentation, then aged on lees for several years, this Grand Cru reveals a ripe, complex profile, yet surprisingly restrained. The nose combines aromas of praline, roasted hazelnut, orange zest, and biscuit. On the palate, the richness is expressed without excess, supported by a fine texture and preserved freshness. It features yellow fruit, toasted notes, and a tangy touch on the finish.

A characterful champagne, both grounded and lively, that tells the story of a sunny year with restraint. Ideal as an aperitif or at the table, especially with dishes with bold or creamy flavors.
