A festive Grand Cru, where the freshness of the terroir balances the richness of ripe fruits.

The Tradition cuvée embodies the house style of Michel Henriet: a straightforward, frank, and generous champagne, true to the chalky terroir of Verzenay. The dominant Pinot Noir grape structures the whole with a beautiful fullness and gourmet notes of ripe fruits. The Chardonnay subtly balances the substance by bringing tension and freshness.

Vinified in vats and aged for a long time on lees, this cuvée has not undergone malolactic fermentation, in order to preserve all the natural energy of the wine. The dosage remains measured: just enough to highlight the balance without masking the expression of the fruit.

The result: a full and lively champagne, with aromas of candied yellow fruits and roasted apple, with a slightly licorice finish.
