This Grand Cru de Louvois is a champagne of great complexity.

It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of this terroir, and Chardonnay. These two grape varieties give this wine fruit aromas as well as a certain power (Pinot), and finesse (Chardonnay).
Unlike the rest of the Gaudriller champagnes, this cuvée has been vinified and aged for 8 years in oak barrels. This special treatment gives this wine structure and great aromatic depth.

The Tristan cuvée is a champagne of which the complexity can be appreciated from the outset. It exudes subtle woody and vanilla notes, typical of a period spent in barrel.
On the palate, it develops flavours of stewed and roasted nuts (almond, hazelnut and walnut), enhanced by its low sugar content.
