This Grand Cru de Louvois is a fresh and generous champagne.

It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of this terroir, and Chardonnay. These two grape varieties bring to this wine fruit aromas as well as a certain power (Pinot), and finesse (Chardonnay).
This cuvée has been vinified entirely in vats in order to preserve the typicality of these two grape varieties.

The result is a champagne with highly developed aromas. It is distinguished by the power of its blackberry and candied fruit notes. On the palate, it is generous, with a very nice tension and an unexpected length.
This cuvée will surprise you with its low sugar content which magnificently carries the aromas of this champagne.
