It is made exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnays.
It was slowly aged in the cellar for 5 years to develop its aromas. Its low sugar content (2 g/l) makes it a tonic and smooth champagne. It develops subtle peach aromas and a length that opens up to citrus fruit aromas.

We recommend it served with scallops or seafood.
