Champagne Gaudriller - Extra Brut Grand Cru
This Grand Cru de Louvois is a fresh and generous champagne.
It is made from a blend of 70% Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape variety of this terroir, and 30% Chardonnay. These two grape varieties bring to this wine fruit aromas as well as a certain power (Pinot), and finesse (Chardonnay).
This cuvée has been vinified entirely in vats in order to preserve the typicality of these two grape varieties.
The result is a champagne with highly developed aromas. It is distinguished by the power of its blackberry and candied fruit notes. On the palate, it is generous, with a very nice tension and an unexpected length.
This cuvée will surprise you with its low sugar content (2 g/l) which magnificently carries the aromas of this champagne.
A very pleasant champagne, ideal for the aperitif!
Aspect: golden yellow, slightly amber, with a beautiful effervescence.
Nose: relatively powerful blackberry and candied fruit aromas.
Palate: generous, with a great tension on the finish that carries the wine well, revealing candied apricot and sultana flavours.

Toujours aussi excellent. Beaucoup plus fruité sur ce lot. Mais toujours le même plaisir. Il reste notre champagne préféré.

Champagne perfetto da aperitivo, con una buona struttura e una bellissima spalla acida. Persistente e con sentori di agrumi che ritornano anche a bocca vuota.

Unglaublich leckerer fruchtiger Champagner mit langem Abgang. Grandios! Dieser Grand Cru lässt die grossen Champagnerhäuser alt aussehen.
