This Grand Cru rosé is a gourmet champagne with cherry and blackberry aromas.

It is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and red Champagne coteaux (still wine vinified by our winemaker). It has benefited from a long ageing period of 4 years in the cellar before being offered to you for tasting.

This rosé will surprise you by the power of its red fruit aromas which would make it look like a rosé de saignée. Its very low dosage gives it a very nice freshness on the palate, indispensable for gourmet rosés.

A very elegant champagne, perfect for a country aperitif!
