It is made from a single plot of Chardonnay that has been organically grown since 2006.
Unlike the other champagnes in the family, this Blanc de blancs has been vinified and matured in oak barrels.

On the nose, the aromas of this wine are complex, demonstrating the full potential of this powerful and sophisticated champagne. It reveals notes alternating between white fruits, butter, and grilled hazelnuts.
On the palate, the Extra-Brut content (2g/l) brings a nice freshness enhancing the fruity aromas. The long finish will make you appreciate the brioche and caramel aromas inherited from the ageing in oak barrels.
