The Brut Rosé Pluie d'été cuvée is a fresh, fruity and surprising champagne.

This cuvée is made from a single Pinot Noir plot called Champ du Clos. The old Pinot Noir vines growing there have been organically cultivated since 2011.
The Brut content of this cuvée allows it to fully express the greediness of Pinot Noir. This macerated rosé will surprise you with the diversity of its red fruit aromas: stBrutberry, raspberry, and redcurrant. This is an elegant and mature champagne that develops a fresh and spicy finish.
