The brut Rosé Pluie d'été cuvée is a fresh, fruity and surprising champagne.
This cuvée is made from a single Pinot Noir plot called Champ du Clos. The old Pinot Noir vines growing there have been organically cultivated since 2011.
The raw content of this cuvée (9g/l) allows it to fully express the greediness of Pinot Noir. This macerated rosé will surprise you with the diversity of its red fruit aromas: strawberry, raspberry, and redcurrant. This is an elegant and mature champagne that develops a fresh and spicy finish.
A truly versatile wine that will accompany you from aperitif to dessert!
We particularly recommend it with a veal sweetbread terrine with orange, a fresh goat's cheese with raspberry coulis or a strawberry charlotte.
Aspect: Intensely luminous coral colour. Swirl of fine bubbles.
Nose: Festival of red fruits: strawberry, raspberry, currant. He takes us on a beautiful sunny morning in the heart of a garden of delicate and candied fruits. The greedy nose reflects an extreme maturity.
Palate: The fruit reveals a tender and ripe body. It supports a nice fresh and spicy finish.
