Coteaux champenois are non-sparkling wines, traditionally produced in the Champagne region. They are produced in very small quantities by a few winegrowers.

This cuvée is vinified from a single organic Pinot Noirs plot called "Champs du Clos" in Celles-sur-Ource.
It is a still wine with a fruity character, as only the Pinot Noirs produced in the South of the Champagne region can deliver. On the palate, it will surprise you with its assertive character and the lightness of its tart raspberry notes.
