The Brut Sébastien Cheurlin cuvée is a fresh and fruity champagne.
This cuvée is made from land plots that have been organically cultivated since 2012.
It is vinified with a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay from the Côte des Bar.
The sugar content of this brut cuvée (9g/l) permits to reveal the full strength of the Pinot and the delicacy of the Chardonnay.
It is a champagne that is mature, ample, and naturally balanced between fruit and freshness.
We particularly recommend this cuvée with shellfish, a sushi platter or simply to share with friends!
Aspect: Light yellow color with green reflections. Fine and abundant bubbles.
Nose: Nice nose evoking the subtlety of white flowers. It imprints its elegance on Chardonnay. Buttery and brioche notes are signs of good ripeness.
Palate: harmonizes between the power of Pinot and the delicacy of Chardonnay. Maturity, amplitude, balance, fruity, fresh and lemony finish. With ageing, a more pronounced toast and brioche.
