However, this is not a confrontation, but rather an elevation of the full potential of this unique estate's parcels. Do not expect a simple comparison between two terroirs; our winegrower's intention is to play with the potential of his grapes and one particular vine: "la Justice." For such a remarkable vine, a special vinification is required, and this time, the Champagne foudre is employed, an ideal vessel to add complexity to the wine without weighing it down as some barrels might.

The Chardonnay, king of white grape varieties, expresses itself here with remarkable roundness and aromatic richness.
