The quintessence of the Côte des Blancs, combining minerality and tension on the Cramant terroir.

What more could Chardonnay lovers ask for than a 100% Cramant?

Hubert Lancelot has created a parcel-based cuvée from Cramant, an emblematic village in the Côte des Blancs classified as a Grand Cru. This Chardonnay-legendary terroir produces sharp, mineral wines instantly recognizable.
With a plot of vines perfectly oriented to this village, the temptation was too great for Hubert Lancelot not to offer us a 100% Cramant Chardonnay.

Faithful to his philosophy, our winemaker didn't allow for chance in creating this Champagne de terroir.
Only Chardonnay, to let the grapes express their full potential.A single plot, to let the chalky subsoil reveal itself in the wine.A vintage cuvée, for there's nothing like a selection from the best year to prove that a wine has its own character.Traditional fermentation without malolactic fermentation, to preserve the legendary mineral acidity of the Côte des Blancs. A light Extra-Brut dosage, to add finesse to a wine eager to blossom.
A 75cl journey to the heart of the Côte des Blancs.
