Purity and brilliance serve as a reminder that the terroir of Oiry is indeed in the Côte des Blancs. Electrifying!

Oiry… sometimes we forget that the Côte des Blancs isn’t limited to the classic trilogy of Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Avize. But there are wines, and winemakers, that remind us of it, brilliantly.

For us, that reminder takes the form of a very specific single-parcel cuvée: “Sur les Gros Monts.”

After Cramant “Le Gros Mont,” Hubert Lancelot now presents the second single-parcel champagne in his range. A 100% old-vine Chardonnay from a massal selection dating back to 1942, a true promise of tension and concentration.

The vinification process focuses on authenticity, with stainless steel vats and traditional fermentation without malolactic conversion to preserve the terroir's identity.

The minerality shines through beautifully, supported by a delicate Extra-Brut dosage. The Chardonnay's typicity comes forward with notes of citrus and white fruits, enhanced by a subtle peppery touch.

A pure pleasure champagne, ideal for your finest apéritifs.

We recommend taking the bottle out of the fridge a few minutes before serving, this wine reveals its full potential at 9–10°C.
