The quintessence of the Côte des Blancs, minerality and tension on the terroir of Cramant.

What more could a Chardonnay lover dream of than a 100% Cramant?

Hubert Lancelot presents here a single-parcel cuvée from Cramant, an iconic village of the Côte des Blancs classified as Grand Cru. This legendary terroir for Chardonnay produces sharp, mineral wines that are instantly recognizable.

So, when faced with a perfectly exposed parcel in this village, it was simply too tempting for Hubert Lancelot not to offer us a 100% Chardonnay from Cramant.

True to his philosophy, our winemaker left nothing to chance in crafting this terroir-driven champagne.
Only Chardonnay, to let the grape fully express its potential.
A single parcel, to let the chalky subsoil shine through in the wine.
A vintage cuvée, because there’s nothing better than selecting the best year to showcase a wine’s unique character.
Traditional fermentation with no malolactic conversion, to preserve the Côte des Blancs’ signature mineral acidity.
A subtle Extra Brut dosage, to delicately support a wine that only asks to blossom.

A 75cl journey to the heart of the Côte des Blancs.
