The Brut Selection cuvee embodies the spirit of the Xavier Alexandre House.
Made up of 50% Pinot Meunier, 35% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir produced mainly from the House's Premier Cru vineyards, the Brut Selection cuvee is aged in the cellar for 4 or 5 years to guarantee unfailing quality.
The beautiful balance of fruitiness, roundness and finesse of its aromas allow the Brut Selection Champagne to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with any meal.
Aspect: Light yellow with a pale gold sheen. Medium bubbles.
Nose: Fresh, lactic, creamy.
Palate: Ample attack with a perfect balance maintained by a proper return of aromas. Fresh and generous finish.
