The Authentic'A Cuvee by Xavier ALEXANDRE Champagne is an Extra-Brut champagne, with less sugar than traditional Brut champagnes.

This choice was made to highlight the delicate blend between the Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay that make up this Premier Cru champagne, aged for 6 years in the cellar.

The Authentic'A Cuvee should be served with seafood and shellfish dishes, or simply as an aperitif.

Champagne Xavier Alexandre

The Xavier Alexandre House was founded in 1933 and has since been handed down from father to son. It is located in Courmas, a beautiful village in the heart of the vineyards west of the Reims Mountain.
Xavier Alexandre, who took over the family business from his father Yves, is a harvester-handler, i.e. he grows the vines on the family estate, makes the wines and markets them himself.
