The Grande Réserve Champagne produced by the Xavier Alexandre House is a balanced and elegant wine whose grapes come from the Premier Cru terroirs of Champillon, Dizy, Ville-Dommange and Coulommes-la-Montagne.
The Grande Réserve Cuvee is a blend of 42% Pinot Noir, 38% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier. It is aged in the cellar for 7 to 8 years.
This champagne is ideal as an aperitif or for a cocktail reception.
Aspect: Golden color, fine bubbles, gold highlights.
Nose: Elegant and fruity.
Palate: Crisp, generous, full-bodied.
