This extra brut champagne is blended from the three great Champagne grape varieties: Pinot Noir (30%), Chardonnay (35%) and Pinot Meunier (35%).
The originality of this cuvee lies in the combination of these three grape varieties, but also in the skillful blending of the wine of the year and the reserve wine.
What is the "Grand Cru" label?
It simply means that the grapes used in the making of this champagne all come from communes recognized for having an "ideal" terroir for the production of the flagship wine of Champagne.
For what occasions should they be served?
