A soothing champagne that blends red fruits with the more subtle fragrance of juniper berries.

This cuvée is made with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the Premier Cru villages of Champillon, Dizy and Coulommes-la-Montagne. It has been partially vinified in oak barrels in order to gain in complexity.

The elegant marriage between the structure of the Pinot Noir and the power of the Pinot Meunier results in a Blanc de Noirs with character. The light dosage of Extra-Brut sugar accompanies a harmonious and delicate palate with aromas of fresh almonds, liquorice and freshly picked red fruits.

Champagne Xavier Alexandre

The Xavier Alexandre House was founded in 1933 and has since been handed down from father to son. It is located in Courmas, a beautiful village in the heart of the vineyards west of the Reims Mountain.
Xavier Alexandre, who took over the family business from his father Yves, is a harvester-handler, i.e. he grows the vines on the family estate, makes the wines and markets them himself.
