A champagne with character.
This cuvée is made with 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier from the Premier Cru villages of Champillon, Dizy and Coulommes-la-Montagne. It has been partially vinified in oak barrels (25%) in order to gain in complexity.
The elegant marriage between the structure of the Pinot Noir and the power of the Pinot Meunier results in a Blanc de Noirs with character. The light dosage of extra brut sugar (4 g/l) accompanies a harmonious and delicate palate with aromas of fresh almonds, liquorice and freshly picked red fruits.
A cuvée for lovers of intense champagnes.
