2014 was one of the most beautiful vintage years for Champagne and for Pascal Mazet who produced his second organic vintage champagne.

The 2014 Premier Cru Vintage by Pascal Mazet was entirely matured in oak barrels and bottled after a year and a half of ageing on lees followed by 8 more years in the cellar.

This fruity champagne is a blend of Pinot Meunier (40%), Chardonnay (30%), and Pinot Noir (30%).

For which occasions should it be served?

This tasting Extra Brut champagne contains 2g of sugar per liter and makes a wonderful aperitif with friends. Our team recommends serving it with white meats or Iberian cold meats (jabugo, lomo).

This cuvée has an extremely low level of sulphites (less than 13 mg/l).
