Description

Comment

The natural cuvée signed Pascal Mazet is blended from the 4 major Champagne grape varieties: Chardonnay (16%), Pinot Noir (16%), Pinot Meunier (54%) and Pinot Blanc (14%). They come exclusively from Premier Cru vines in the mountains of Reims.

It is worth mentioning that this champagne, which comes from Premier Cru vines that have undergone organic conversion (i.e. natural removal of inputs), has not yet received the "Organic Agriculture" certification.

The Cuvee Nature is the true signature champagne by Pascal Mazet. It is blended with 60% of the year's wines and 40% of wines from the family's perpetual reserve (soléra).

In terms of dosage, 0 sugar is added in this zero dosage champagne that was aged for 9 years in the cellar, partially in oak barrels.

The result is a well-balanced champagne with great aromatic constancy.

For which occasions should it be served?

Fresh and lively, this champagne is perfect for an aperitif with friends. We recommend serving it with seafood.

This cuvée has an extremely low level of sulphites (less than 26 mg/l).

Aspect: golden color

Nose: stewed fruit (apples and pineapples)

Palate: fresh and quite long, slightly acidic, with a light bitterness on the finish.

Contains sulfites

Together, they founded a small family winery in the small village of Chigny-les-Roses in the heart of the Reims mountains.
