The Pascal Mazet House invites you to discover its know-how with this cuvee matured in oak barrels and aged in the bottle for 7 years.


This organic Premier Cru champagne is blended from the 3 great champagne grape varieties: Pinot Meunier (42%), Chardonnay (30%) and Pinot Noir (28%).

The Unique Cuvee by Pascal Mazet is made from a blend made of 60% of wine of the year with 40% of wine from the family's perpetual reserve (soléra).

For which occasions should it be served?

This brut champagne has 7 grams of sugar per liter and will please everyone when served as an aperitif with friends.

This 1.5l Magnum is ideal to accompany you during your meals in large groups. Wine lovers will also appreciate this bottle which is ideal for allowing the wine to improve for a few more years in the cellar.

Pascal Mazet champagne in a few words

Pascal Mazert champagne was created in 1981 following the marriage of Catherine, daughter of a Champagne winegrower, to the son of a farmer from the Reims mountains, Pascal Mazet.

Together, they founded a small family winery in the small village of Chigny-les-Roses in the heart of the Reims mountains.
