A long-term work carried out from oak barrels for a unique imprint.

Wood is omnipresent in the production of this blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
The first pass is carried out during vinification. The family then reuses the barrels used to make the 6 grape varieties. These barrels from Burgundy had previously contained prestigious whites such as Meursault, Puligny or Chassagne-Montrachet. Suffice to say that it is a promise of complexity and woody notes typical of great Burgundy wines.
The second passage under wood is completed.
