1.20 ha of vines, 100% planted with Pinot Noir since the 1980s. Here is the plot called "Les Perrières", facing due west on a hillside overlooking the valley from its 190 meter height.

This vine delivers a champagne with citrus notes. The 0 sugar dosage brings liveliness punctuated by a nice bitterness.
