This varietal champagne offers an example of the potential of Pinot Blanc: a round and supple texture with low acidity. Ideal for lovers of white wines that are as gentle as they are fresh, without being aggressive. This vintage has a certain richness, even being slightly creamy while remaining light and digestible.
