This biodynamic champagne is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It was vinified in old Champagne oak barrels, which give it structure and a beautiful aromatic complexity.

This exceptional cuvée was made from a single harvest. It is therefore a 2015 vintage champagne (not claimed on the label), an excellent year (17/20). It benefited from 4 years of cellar ageing (compared to an average of 2 years in the rest of Champagne), for more complexity.

No sugar was added to this naturally balanced champagne. It is therefore a Zero Dosage champagne. This no-sulphur-added champagne is undeniably extremely pure!

This cuvée has an extremely low level of sulphites (less than 10 mg/l).
