A Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, where the liveliness of Chardonnay is balanced by the depth of oak aging.

This biodynamic Blanc de blancs is an intense, elegant and refined champagne.

It is made with Chardonnay from the 2021 harvest (vintage not claimed). This exceptional cuvée is blended from two wines.
The first was vinified in enamelled vats to preserve all the freshness and natural incision of the Chardonnay.
The second was vinified in oak barrels, which gave it structure and a beautiful aromatic complexity.

This delicate blend has given birth to a perfectly balanced champagne, essential for the elaboration of a cuvée with no added sugar. It is therefore a zero dosage champagne (or Brut-Nature). This Premier Cru champagne benefited from 3 years of cellar ageing to bring its aromas to their peak.

L'Élégance du Val d'Or is an elegant and refined champagne as only the Blanc de blancs can be without dosage. It develops notes of green apple and minerals. On the palate, it is fresh and very persistent.

A classic aperitif!
Served chilled, it will perfectly accompany your summer aperitifs, but also all seafood or fine fish dishes.

This cuvée has an extremely low level of sulphites (less than 10 mg/l).
