This rosé de saignée Premier Cru is a fruity champagne with notes of liquorice.

This rosé cuvée is obtained by maceration of the grapes in the juice obtained after pressing. It is made only from Pinot Noir, a grape variety renowned for its fruity and gourmet aromas.

This unclaimed vintage (year not mentioned on the bottle) is made exclusively with grapes from the 2020 harvest. This Premier Cru benefited from 3 years of cellar ageing to reach its full aromatic potential.

This is a biodynamic champagne with great freshness and no added sugar (Zero Dosage, 0 g/l). It is both rich and expressive (cherry, redcurrant and blackcurrant). The finish is surprisingly long and opens with aromas of cherry kirsch.
