The Symbolique cuvee of the Baron Albert House is a single varietal cuvee for which only Pinot Meunier, the historical grape of the Baron Albert champagnes, has been used.
This one comes from two very specific parcels: Le bois Marie and Les Varennes. The vines are constantly and carefully cared for in order to maximize the aromas of the grapes used in this cuvee.
The Symbolique cuvee perfectly represents the philosophy of the Baron Albert champagne.
Due to the limited production of the two parcels from which it comes, this cuvee is only available in small quantities.

Descending from a long line of Champagne winegrowers, the Baron sisters, Claire, Lise and Aline embody the values of the Baron Albert champagne and continue to develop them after each harvest. Located in Porteron, a hamlet of Charly-sur-Marne, one of the most famous wine-growing villages in Champagne, this family business proudly represents the know-how of the Marne Valley winegrowers.
Even more than wine-growing traditions, it is the respect for the land that characterizesthe Baron Albert champagne. This family House was awarded the "Sustainable Viticulture" and "High Environmental Value" (HVE) certifications in 2016, a sign of recognition of their daily commitment.
This respect for the land also means paying close attention to the needs of the vine, whose productions are limited in order to allow a greater concentration of aromas which sublimate the historical grape variety of this House, the Pinot Meunier. Find out more about the Baron Albert champagne.
