The Baron Albert House’s Éclatante cuvee is the perfect marriage between tradition and modernity.
This “Blanc de Blancs” (100% chardonnay) champagne is vinified from grapes from three Marne Valley cuvees harvested by hand. Vinified from the « cœur de cuvée », i. e. the best juices from the pressing process, this champagne is aged for 3 to 5 years in the cellar.
Bright and cheerful, this “Blanc de Blancs” Baron Albert Champagne will thrill your taste buds.
Ideal as an aperitif, it will also perfectly match smoked salmon and langoustine or contrast with delicatessen dishes.

The history of the Baron Albert champagne balances modernity and tradition. The Baron sisters, Claire, Lise and Aline, the 3rd generation of winegrowers in the family, still perpetuate the know-how and tradition of Champagne today while adding their touch of modernity.
Although the stainless steel vats, which allow a more stable and controlled ageing process, have partly replaced the oak barrels, the harvest is still carried out by hand. The tools evolve over time, but not the passion nurtured by these Champagne winegrowing women who work every day to produce exceptional champagnes in the heart of the Marne Valley.
