The Baron Albert House’s Éclatante cuvee is the perfect marriage between tradition and modernity.
This “Blanc de blancs” (100% Chardonnay) champagne is vinified from grapes from three Marne Valley cuvees harvested by hand. Vinified from the « cœur de cuvée », i. e. the best juices from the pressing process, this champagne is aged for 3 to 5 years in the cellar.
Bright and cheerful, this “Blanc de blancs” Baron Albert Champagne will thrill your taste buds.
