A 2018 rosé de saignée that combines depth and aromatic intensity, thanks to the unique expression of the soils in Trélou-sur-Marne.

Perle de saignée stands out in the Champagne Veuve Olivier & Fils range for its ability to express the full richness of the 2018 Vintage. This year, characterised by an early and abundant harvest, produced wines that are fleshy and crisp, ideal for a rosé de saignée.

This champagne is crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir and Meunier, two grape varieties that bring structure and fruitiness. The saignée method, through maceration of black grapes, imparts an intense colour and generous body to the cuvée. The choice of stainless steel vats preserves freshness and aromatic purity.

The clay-limestone and clay-silt soils of Trélou-sur-Marne enrich this champagne with fruity nuances and suppleness, enhancing the gourmand character of Meunier. The Brut, with its balanced dosage, supports this complexity without weighing down the wine.

Compared to other cuvées from the estate, Perle de saignée positions itself as a prestigious choice, combining depth and intensity, intended for lovers of gastronomic champagnes.

TRELOU SUR MARNE - Vallée de la Marne

Champagne Veuve Olivier & fils

In Trélou-sur-Marne, Sandrine Olivier Charpentier and her daughter Mathilde champion a champagne approach that is both precise and accessible.

On 18 hectares entirely centred around the village, they explore Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir without following trends: each cuvée finds its own balance between fruit, ageing, and dosage.
