An unexpected creation among Philippe Fays champagnes.

Sensation Trio is above all surprising for its blend. Adopting the classic rules of Champagne blending, this cuvée is made from 3 grape varieties in equal proportions: chardonnay, pinot noir and a surprising pinot blanc. This emblematic Côte des Bar variety adds a characteristic touch of fullness and power.

As for dosage, Philippe Fays has another surprise in store with this extra-brut (5 g/l), which makes this champagne both structured and delicate. Aged in our cellars for 36 to 48 months, this wine achieves an excellent level of maturity, balanced by its discreet dosage.

An emblematic blend of the Côte des Bar terroir.

Champagne Philippe Fays

A journey into the southern Champagne region with this Côte des Bar winegrower.

The village of Celles-sur-Ource is home to Philippe Fays' vineyards, where he grows and turn into wine grape varieties so emblematic of his terroir. Among them, the Chardonnay, along with the region's emblematic Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc, an endemic variety that brings a distinctive touch to the blends.

What's the house style?

Malolactic fermentation on all cuvées, helping to soften the wine's natural acidity for softer, rounder aromas throughout tasting.
