Nicolas Maillart's Les Loges vintage has a very nice minerality, both ample and vinous.
This Blanc de Noirs is made from Pinot Noir grapes from a single plot called "Les Loges", located in the Premier Cru village of Villers-Allerand, on the Montagne de Reims.
This champagne is entirely vinified in barrels and without added sulphites. No sugar has been added to the wine, which is therefore a Brut Nature. All these choices allow it to express all the purity and structure of the Pinot Noir.
The result is a wine with lovely stone fruit aromas. On the palate, it reveals an attack of great freshness, gradually opening up to notes of white fruit.
A magnificent parcel champagne that will dazzle your guests!

Nose: notes of stone fruits.
Palate: a beautiful fresh attack that reveals beautiful fruit notes. The wine is very elegant and very delicate..

This family-run business invites you to dive into the heart of the Premier and Grand Cru terroirs of the Montagne de Reims.
Nicolas Maillart is one of the most innovative winemakers of his generation. Since he took over the family business, he has never ceased to remodel the approach to his vineyard, whether it be to convert the vines to organic farming or to reintroduce Petit Meslier, an indigenous grape variety that has almost disappeared.
