The Monchenot vintage signed Nicolas Maillart is a generous and fruity champagne.

It is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from the Premier Cru hamlet of Monchenot, which benefits from an exceptional location at the junction of the small and large Montagne de Reims. The mixture of these two geologies gives the wine its complexity.

This champagne is vinified in oak barrels and in vats, which gives it a great balance between greed and aromatic purity.
