A powerful and mineral Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru, born from a single exceptional year.

In the Hugues Godmé range, Les Champs Saint Martin 2013 holds a special place as a Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru, exclusively crafted from Pinot Noir. This cuvée embodies the estate's ambition to capture the essence of Verzenay's exceptional terroir.

The year 2013, marked by a late cycle and cool conditions, imparts a rare purity and precision to this champagne. The Pinot Noir from the Les Champs Saint Martin plot brings depth and structure, enhanced by a northeast exposure and a chalky soil topped with a clay layer.

Vinified in oak barrels, this champagne develops a complex texture and increased depth, while maintaining a mineral tension thanks to its Brut Nature dosage. The long ageing of eight years on lees refines the bubbles and enriches the aromatic profile with pastry notes.

Within the estate's range, this cuvée stands out for its power and distinguished character, offering a unique tasting experience for discerning lovers of terroir champagnes. Perfect for pairing with refined dishes, this champagne is a pure expression of the Montagne de Reims.
