A Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru 2012 of rare elegance, dedicated to grand occasions.

When a cuvée is crafted for exceptional moments, it must stand out for its uniqueness. Les Alouettes Saint Bets 2012 by Hugues Godmé embodies this rarity, crafted from the Les Alouettes parcel in Villers-Marmery, an enclave of Chardonnay in the Montagne de Reims.

The 2012 Vintage, despite a challenging start with frost and hail, ultimately offered a rare balance between maturity and acidity thanks to a warm summer. This year resulted in a champagne with remarkable concentration and high ageing potential.

This Blanc de Blancs is vinified in oak barrels, giving it a silky texture and delicate aromatic complexity. Aged for a minimum of eight years on lees, it refines the bubbles, bringing depth and richness that perfectly complement its floral and saline profile.

Within Hugues Godmé's range, Les Alouettes Saint Bets positions itself as a prestige cuvée, more complex and structured than other Blanc de Blancs from the estate. It is a champagne for discerning connoisseurs, ideal for pairing with refined dishes or savouring during memorable celebrations.
