Produced in very limited quantities, Privilège Grand Cru comes from a single parcel located on the chalky slopes of Chouilly, in the northern Côte des Blancs. Planted in 1952, it is the oldest vineyard in the estate.

With age, the vines yield less fruit but with greater concentration. Their deep root systems offer a stable and precise reading of the terroir, resulting in a wine with structured minerality, dense matter, integrated freshness and long-lasting intensity.

Crafted from a single harvest, this cuvée reflects the pure identity of a single year, though it is not labelled as a vintage. The Extra Brut dosage (3 g/L) enhances the wine’s tension and clarity without artifice.

Privilège is a gastronomic Champagne, ideal with roasted white fish, fine poultry, or simply after a few years of cellaring to reveal its full complexity. A true auteur Champagne: rare, deliberate and distinctive.
