The Universelle is a blended champagne combining the finesse of Chardonnay (16%) with the elegance of Pinot Meunier (73%) and Pinot Noir (11%).

This cuvee is distinguished by its high proportion of Pinot Meunier, a grape variety that gives its wines a fruity and harmonious bouquet.

This cuvee is blended from 7 crus, all from the Marne Valley.

This cuvee was aged in the cellar for 3 to 4 years.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Universelle Baron Albert cuvee will also go well with shellfish dishes, sushi and meringues or citrus fruits desserts.

This cuvee will transport you into the Baron Albert champagne world.

Aspect: old, bright bubbles

Nose: subtly fruity
