This cuvee is distinguished by its high proportion of Pinot Meunier, a grape variety that gives its wines a fruity and harmonious bouquet. This cuvee is blended from 7 crus, all from the Marne Valley. This cuvee was aged in the cellar for 3 to 4 years.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Universelle Baron Albert cuvee will also go well with shellfish dishes, sushi and meringues or citrus fruits desserts.
