The vintage d'Origine by Sadi Malot is a full-bodied champagne with a long finish and beautiful citrus notes.
This Blanc de blancs is made from Chardonnay Premier Cru from the Montagne de Reims. It is made from 65% of the year's wines and 45% of reserve wines from a solera started in 1982.This method allows the old wine (30% of which is renewed each year) to "educate the young" before maturing for 36 months on the lees.
The result is a Blanc de blancs champagne worthy of the reputation of the Chardonnays of Villiers-Marmery. At first discreet with minerality, this wine opens up with fruity notes of honey and fruit paste. You will simply be conquered by the smoothness and the beautiful lemony attack of this 1er Cru champagne dosed in Brut.

Nose Discreet minerality (wet chalk, oyster shell) and fresh bread. This wine opens up, on aeration, with fruity notes of orange and clementine fruit jelly, but also honey and acacia flowers.
Mouth The wine is smooth with a nice lemony attack. This wine is rich, full and long in the mouth. These citrus notes are found on the palate with candied fruit (orange, clementine).
