The vintage "Les 2 Cépages" signed Sadi Malot is a smooth and subtle champagne.
A blend of Chardonnay (40%) and Pinot Noir (60%), it is made from 50% of the year's wine and 50% of reserve wines from a solera started in 1982.
This method allows the old wine to "educate the young" before maturing for 36 months in bottle.
This Brut Champagne (6 g/l) will surprise you with its subtle aromas of ripe fruit, flowers and toast. On the palate, it is unctuous and very fresh.
A masterpiece of blending between Pinot Noir and Chardonnay!
Aspect: harmonious effervescence.
Nose: full-bodied, subtle and fruity, with ripe fruit, floral and toasted notes.
Palate: fresh and generous, the Chardonnays bring smoothness and the Pinots bring structure.
