The vintage "Les 2 Cépages" signed Sadi Malot is a smooth and subtle champagne.

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it is made from 50% of the year's wine and 50% of reserve wines from a solera started in 1982.
This method allows the old wine to "educate the young" before maturing for 36 months in bottle.

This Brut Champagne will surprise you with its subtle aromas of ripe fruit, flowers and toast. On the palate, it is unctuous and very fresh.

This family of independent winemakers, nestled in the heart of the Épernay - Châlons-en-Champagne - Reims triangle, invites you to rediscover the traditional know-how of its terroir.
