Champagne Sadi Malot - Coup de Foudre 2014 1er Cru
With its Coup de Foudre 2014 vintage, Maison Sadi Malot offers you a powerful and very aromatic champagne.
This Blanc de Blancs champagne, made from Premier Cru Chardonnays from Villiers-Marmery, has been entirely vinified in oak barrels.
It was then aged for 6 years in the cellar and dosed as Brut (7g/l) before being offered for tasting.
The Coup de Foudre is a very expressive champagne, with a magnificent aromatic power, combining white stone fruits, honey and a hint of spices. On the palate, it is perfectly balanced. The oak cask here has impregnated the wine magnificently, which is fleshy and complex.
A Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru to be reserved for wine lovers!
Aspect: beautiful effervescence and generous train of bubbles on a golden yellow hue.
Nose: expressive, we find a powerful aroma where white stone fruits, a touch of honey and spices are mixed.
Palate: perfect balance, very fleshy and enriched by the ageing in casks.
