The Exception Rosé by Sadi Malot is a full-bodied champagne with red fruit aromas.
This wine is a blend of Chardonnay (84%) and Pinot Noir (16%). The red wines have been vinified in oak barrels to give them a beautiful aromatic power.
This Champagne Rosé Premier Cru was aged for 36 months on the lees and then dosed as Brut (8g/l) before being offered to you for tasting.
At first sight, you will be seduced by the intensity of the colour of this exceptional Rosé. On the nose, it develops intense notes of red fruit and a hint of candied fruit. On the palate, you will be surprised by its unctuousness and its very good balance which gives way to a tonic and persistent finish.
A real champagne of conviviality and a pleasure for the palate as well as for the eyes!
