The Brut Blanc de Blancs cuvée from Champagne Pescheux celebrates Chardonnay, the sole grape variety of this cuvée, grown on the clay-limestone soils of Avirey-Lingey, in the heart of the Côte des Bar.

An original choice in a region traditionally dominated by Pinot Noir, reflecting the winemaker’s desire to explore another facet of the Aube terroir.

This cuvée is exceptionally aged for 36 months on lees, allowing the wine to gain in complexity while preserving a fresh and delicate framework.

A Brut dosage designed to highlight the finesse of Chardonnay.

The result is a precise Champagne, with floral and citrus notes, combining energy, finesse, and balance.
