The Tradition cuvée is a Brut Champagne made from Pinot Noir. It embodies the classic style of the Côte des Bar, combining structure, generosity, and freshness.

A Champagne of pleasure that has benefited from an exceptionally long ageing period (48 months instead of the usual 15) to gain roundness and complexity.

With a Brut dosage, this cuvée finds a fine balance between fruit and tension, offering delicate bubbles and a clean finish.

Enjoy as an aperitif, with white fish, salmon rillettes, or cold herb-seasoned poultry.
