The Moutard family makes an authentic local champagne here. From vinification to aging, everything has been done to enhance the very particular aromas of this Chardonnay from the "Persin" vine.
When tasting, we find all the character of this plot. Chardonnay expresses itself with the usual notes of this grape variety: notes of lemon, freshness and minerality, but in a fuller and more assertive version.
A champagne for lovers of Blanc de blancs that is as powerful as it is elegant.

Not a winemaker, but an essential winemaking family from the south of Champagne.
The house's champagnes favor a plot approach that focuses on the uniqueness of each vine.
