Romane is an exceptional Blanc de Blanc champagne with a stunning range of aromas.
It is made from Pinot Blanc, a grape variety grown by a handful of winegrowers in Champagne. This rare grape is renowned for its finesse and white fruit aromas.
This Blanc de Blanc was aged in oak barrels and benefited from a partial malolactic fermentation to temper the lively character of this cuvée.
This extra brut (4 g/l) benefited from 48 months of ageing on slats before being offered to you for tasting.
This is an atypical champagne that expresses itself on white fruits, spicy and toasted notes, as well as vanilla hints. The finish opens on a beautiful, slightly woody length.
A simply atypical and exceptional champagne!
The perfect companion for your aperitifs, it will go perfectly with Asian cuisine and raw fish.
Aspect: pale yellow with golden highlights, fine string of bubbles.
Nose: complex and very fresh.
Palate: broad aromatic range with white fruit, spicy, toasted, and vanilla notes. The finish has a beautiful, discreetly woody length.
