The Rosé Mathieu Nicolas champagne is a greedy and fruity wine.
It is made from a blend of Chardonnay (42.5%), Pinot Meunier (26.5%), Pinot Noir (31%) and red wine from the Champagne hillsides (10.5%).
This brut rosé champagne (8.4g/l) will surprise you by the intensity of its cherry and strawberry aromas. On the palate, it reveals notes of small red fruits and a beautiful slightly acidic sparkle.

Nose: the fruitiness of this champagne is based on aromas of cherries and strawberries which begin to combine with notes spices.
Palate: the mouth is greedy with a suppleness articulated on flavors of small fruits red. The well-melted finish is delicately tangy.

This family estate has been cultivating vines for generations at the heart of the Marne Valley.
It was in 2017, and after several years of honing their skills throughout the Champagne region, that Mathieu and Nicolas Moussé decided to return to the family estate.
Together, they decided to create a new range of champagnes reflecting their vision, both modern and respectful of their terroir.
