This Blanc de blancs Brut is blended from Chardonnay grapes from the Marne Valley. This cuvée is a champagne of fiery expression, as Blanc de blancs should be. It will surprise you with its multitude of notes, alternating between toasted, honeyed hazelnut and peach scents. In the mouth, it proves to have a very great freshness. The finish ends on a slightly creamy note underlined by fine bubbles.
