The Blanc de Blancs "l'Apanage" cuvée signed Mathieu Nicolas is a fine and fresh champagne.
This Blanc de Blancs Extra-Brut (5.5g/l) is blended from Chardonnay grapes from the Marne Valley.
This cuvée is a champagne of fiery expression, as Blanc de Blancs should be. It will surprise you with its multitude of notes, alternating between toasted, honeyed hazelnut and peach scents.
In the mouth, it proves to have a very great freshness. The finish ends on a slightly creamy note underlined by fine bubbles.
This 2013 vintage (not claimed on label) is ideal for your aperitifs or to accompany your fish or seafood meals.
A smooth and fresh champagne to be enjoyed without delay!
Aspect: light yellow color.
Nose: Intense toasted notes, slightly honeyed fresh hazelnuts. The fruity aromas stand out with fresh apricot and vine peach.
Palate: the citrus fruits give tonicity and combine with aniseed and menthol flavors to form a balanced structure. The lively finish is however lined with a delicately creamy envelope.
Contains sulfites

It was in 2017, and after several years of honing their skills throughout the Champagne region, that Mathieu and Nicolas Moussé decided to return to the family estate.
Together, they decided to create a new range of champagnes reflecting their vision, both modern and respectful of their terroir.
Authentic products of their terroir, Mathieu Nicolas champagnes are wines of great quality and naturally marked by the fruity aromas characteristic of the Marne Valley.
