This 1.5L bottle is ideal for enjoying this frank and gourmet cuvée with family or friends. Already aged in the cellar by our winemaker, it is ready to be opened to immortalize your most beautiful events or can still improve a few more years in the cellar.

It is made from a blend of Chardonnay (36%), Pinot Noir (22%) and Pinot Meunier (42%).

Selected for its excellent value for the money, this cuvée is a champagne with a tonic and lemony attack. The mouth reveals a wine of a magnificent frankness, with citrus aromas and fine bubbles.

The dosage of this cuvée (5.5g/l) makes it an ideal champagne for your aperitifs or to be served with fish based courses.

A very beautiful, seductive, and festive gourmet champagne!

Aspect: light gold dress.

Nose: nicely grilled notes with great delicacy. The aromatic ensemble unfolds on citrus fruits which augurs freshness in the mouth.

Palate: the attack is tonic and lemony with orange flavors. The mouth is very crunchy and the taste buds are in effervescence. The tasting continues straightforwardly and frankly. The finish offers a surprising youth.

It was in 2017, and after several years of honing their skills throughout the Champagne region, that Mathieu and Nicolas Moussé decided to return to the family estate.

Together, they decided to create a new range of champagnes reflecting their vision, both modern and respectful of their terroir.

Authentic products of their terroir, Mathieu Nicolas champagnes are wines of great quality and naturally marked by the fruity aromas characteristic of the Marne Valley.
